There are two options for such person, one option is that he/she can choose such person who will perform Umrah on behalf of him/her and the second option is that he/she can Perform Umrah by using a travel agent. You should book such hotel which is located at a short distance from Al-Haram Mosque, so that, you can easily reach Haram with your disabled pilgrim with some efforts. You can bring a flexible and foldable wheelchair with your luggage.
If you are a disabled person and you want to perform Umrah alone then you can rent an automatic wheelchair or a person who push your wheelchair in Al-Haram Mosque, which is proved helpful during Tawaf and Saee. For Saee, you have another option except for the wheelchair which is an electronic cart but it is available on the top floor of Safa and Marwa. This option may be slightly expensive for you.
